HB14 Tri Extension Mount for Cervelo S5 Handlebar

The HB14 Tri Extension Mount is a precision-engineered system designed for mounting triathlon extensions to the Cervelo S5 HB14 handlebar. It enables aerodynamic positioning and rider comfort with adjustable extension tilt (0° to 15°), arm pad position (fore-aft and width), and clean cable routing for electronic shifters. The mount offers secure attachment and easy fine-tuning for race-ready performance.

Note: Handlebar and stem are not included with HBP-HB14-EXTMT.

Features

Pad position adjustment
Use the Arm Pad Carrier Fixing Screws (M5 x 12 mm) to adjust the position of the arm pad carriers. Once the desired position is set, tighten to 3 Nm. Screws must be installed in the correct fore-aft position, not diagonally.

Tilt adjustment
Adjust extension and pad tilt between 0° and 15° using the Extension Mount Fixing Screws. Tighten to 3 Nm after adjustment.

Extension positioning
Secure the extensions using the Extension Clamp Fixing Screws (M4 x 12 mm). The rear of the extensions should be flush or up to 5 mm from the rear edge of the extension mount.

E-wire routing
Designed for clean E-wire routing for extension shifters through the rear slot of the Extension Mount Base.

AB08 Tri Extension Mount for Cervelo AB08 Handlebar

The AB08 Tri Extension Mount is a dedicated mounting system for integrating triathlon extensions onto the Cervelo AB08 handlebar. This assembly provides precise adjustment of arm pads and extensions, ensuring aerodynamic positioning and rider comfort. It features secure clamping, clean E-wire routing for electronic shifting systems, and clear part labeling for correct installation.

Note: Mixing extension mount base components (left/right) will void the warranty and may result in injury.

Features

Pad position adjustment
Use the Pad Mounting Screws (M5 x 12 mm) to adjust the arm pad carriers to the desired position. Ensure all components are installed on the correct side as labeled (“R” for right side, arrow points forward).

Extension positioning
Secure extensions using the Extension Clamping Screws (M4 x 12 mm). The rear of the extensions must end at or in front of the minimum cut line for safety and compliance.

E-wire routing
If extension shifters are used, route the E-wire through the rear slot on the Extension Mount Base and into the slot on the Extension Mount Upper for a clean, integrated setup.
