It's often the case that you're eagerly looking forward to a ride in spring and charge your bike in time to have enough battery.
With the Mahle x35 motor, it occasionally happens that owners of "third-party bikes" contact us because their bike is suddenly no longer roadworthy. The motor stops responding and the iWoc Controller lights up or flashes a noticeable purple color.
This problem can be traced back to error #193: too high a voltage in one of the battery cells.
To resolve this issue, it is necessary to reinstall the firmware from us using a GCU cable and appropriate software. Although this process may sound intimidating at first, it is actually quite straightforward. Once this process has been successfully completed, the error will no longer occur and the driving experience can be enjoyed untroubled again.
