The Exploro Primo was designed to meet the GravelPlus standard. This means that it is designed for both road bike, cyclocross and mountain bike tires. The road bike and cyclocross tires are 700c, while the mountain bike tires are 650b. This ensures that all of these tires have almost the same overall diameter, providing predictable handling.
