Crafted in London – Built to Last

Each Brompton x Tour de France frame is hand-built in Brompton’s London Factory, then finished using a state-of-the-art sublimation printing process that fuses race-day photography into a sleek, weather-resistant design.

The process:

1. Specialised inks are printed onto thermoforming film.

2. The film is vacuum-formed around the frame.

3. The frame enters a custom-built machine and is heated precisely.

4. Heat and pressure bond the print directly to the metal, embedding the design permanently.

5. Once cooled, the film is removed – leaving behind a flawless, high-resolution finish.
